Reformed in 1994 Cold Stream Campowners’ Association, Inc. (CSCOA) is a non-profit organization serving approximately 420 Cold Stream Pond lake front property owners. The Association encompasses three Maine towns: Lincoln; Lowell; and Enfield. Cold Stream Pond is over 3,628 acres and provides fantastic year round recreation, as well as a perfect habitat for loons, eagles, moose, deer, fish and many other forms of wildlife.    ...more
